本人献上第一道菜:藕饼

1、先以少许熟油拌匀肉馅,除去猪肉的膻味~

2、以生粉拌匀猪肉馅,让肉馅裹在生粉中,口感嫩滑~-w ZXz&nX@
3、加麻油、盐、糖、酱油、胡椒粉各少许拌匀肉馅~

5、将各自拌好的肉馅和藕丝融合继续拌匀~

小提示:根据食材的分量选取碟子,不要过小,以免藕饼太厚不易蒸熟~同时要在碟子底部先抹一层熟油,这样蒸出来的肉饼就不会粘着碟子底了~1z5KF*uw2rvR

烹调:

1、取一个蒸锅(或煲),放约1寸高的冷水,藕饼可直接冷水开始蒸,大火蒸至水沸~

小提示:蒸藕饼前以筷子在表面戳一些小气孔,蒸起来热力分布会比较均匀哦~火力根据食材的分量需要把握好~
