这种口蘑蛋白质很高,换算成同等重量,要比健身蛋白粉还高。确实不焯水比较好一些。

口蘑太鲜美了,其实不需要蚝油来提鲜,用新鲜肉片,或者冬笋一起快炒是最好的搭配
